What you get

A listing people can find by city, area and postcode district.
A review before the room is published, so empty or unclear listings stay off the site.
Viewing requests by email. You confirm or decline the time.

How to list

Create an account and describe the room in at least 80 words.
Add the rent, whether bills are included, the area and up to three photos.
Send the listing for review. It goes live after it is checked.

Questions

Does it cost anything to list a room?

No. Listing a room and receiving messages is free.

When does the listing go live?

After you send it for review and it is published. A draft stays private.

Is a viewing request a tenancy?

No. A viewing request is not a tenancy and not a payment. Agree the terms with the person before anyone moves in.
