RoomNest started with a simple frustration: finding a decent room in a UK city meant scrolling through outdated listings, chasing landlords who never replied and hoping the photos were real.
Landlords and agents send the room, the rent and which bills are included. RoomNest.uk checks a new listing before it goes live. Anyone can search and request a viewing. The landlord confirms or declines the time. A viewing request is not a reserved tenancy.
